Tranquility Hospice starts with a story of the loss of a beloved family member and the unexpectedly poor experience we had with a hospice-care provider. After that life-altering event, we decided to take our personal and professional expertise in the medical field to start our own hospice care in Delaware, Ohio. We pride ourselves on being the only freestanding hospice provider in our community that is not tied down to any other health care system. Everything we do is driven by our goal of providing the best end-of-life care our patients deserve.
When decline becomes apparent, we increase our visits up to 24 hour access to our care team. With our dedicated hospice team, each one of our patients and families will be treated with dignity and respect
